About Me

Laura Smith - Certified Personal Trainer
My passion for working with seniors began with my parents—my dad's struggle to regain his balance after rupturing his achilles tendon and my mom losing her grip strength and seeing how that was affecting many aspects of her life. I became excited by their progress after a few weeks of simple and consistent exercises. My dad's balance and confidence began to improve and my mom's grip strength became something she was proud of, carrying heavy objects in both hands with a sense of pride.
My goal is to provide you with simple and effective movements that will keep your body strong and your balance and confidence high. Whether it's carrying your own groceries, playing with your grandchildren or great grandchildren, caring for a loved one and enjoying physical activities and hobbies, you deserve to feel capable doing all of these things as you age.
